The website offers you the opportunity to calculate scenarios based on your details using a web application. To do this, your details must be temporarily stored on the website for technical reasons. You also have the option of saving your details and the calculation results in your website account so that you can access this data when you visit the website at a later date. The web application offers you the option of deleting both the permanently stored data and the temporarily stored data. The period of time your data remains on the website is therefore at your discretion. However, the website operator reserves the right to delete long-term unused accounts in order to ensure the operability of the website.

This data processing is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO from our overriding legitimate interest in processing and answering your request. In this case, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 f DSGVO. We will only use your e-mail address to process your request.

Your rights
If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Art. 15 to 20 DSGVO: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability. You also have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 f DSGVO in accordance with Art. 21 Abs. 1 DSGVO.

Right of appeal to the supervisory authority
In accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.

Right of objection
